Leadership involves setting a vision, generating the energy to grow and sustain the vision, mobilizing collective action around this vision, collaborating with others, and valuing the diverse expressions of leadership. To effectively achieve this, West's leadership team has demonstrated that it develops and sustains relationships, is transparent, cultivates an environment that fosters professional development and teamwork, and champions a culture of safety and accountability.
